This locality is filled with parks and scenic landscapes. I am very comfortably living here.

The Outer Ring Road and the Sarjapur Junction Road connect the region of Bellandur. It's connected to centers of commerce, employment, and school facilities. I love the adventure sports in the theme parks surrounding Bellandur. Lots of workplaces, hospitals, and restaurants nearby. Even many cars and scooter dealerships are within a walking distance of Bellandur.

All facilities like hospitals, schools, colleges, around this area. Restaurants and hotels are additional advantages. Safe and secure for shift working personnel. Well connected by road and soon there will be Metro connectivity as well.There’s pretty much good safety and security and there are really good plus points because there are all available services and shops. The restaurants are open till midnight and the whole place is pretty much good because of the kind of people residing in this area. That’s what makes it good. There is good public transportation facility here and you can easily get cabs. The cost of living is very very high here. If you wanna stay in PG, you wanna spend minimum 10k with three times food. This place has predominantly migrants from other states.

I lived in a P.G in this locality. There’s pretty much good safety and security. There are many shopping malls, banks, and markets within a 500 meters radius. Here are many famous schools in the Bellandur area, like Orchids International School, Dave International School, etc. This location is easy to commute here anywhere in the town. Also, this area has a good environment for living in this locality. Wipro Technology Campus is a landmark of this locality. In some areas, the water quality is poor. Also, have water logging problems.

The bus services span the major areas of the city. There is a good public transportation facility here. Nationalized banks have an increased presence of branches in this area. The presence of a high number of ATMs has increased in the locality. Many shopping malls and tech parks are nearby. The hotels and restaurants are also there. Bellandur is a perfect place for business. So, there are a lot of IT companies nearby. I faced huge traffic problems at most times of the day.
