I love Sector 52 for its central location. The proximity to Golf Course Road is another advantage of this area. Commuting is easy via Millennium City Centre Metro. Having Artemis Hospital and Ardee Mall nearby is very convenient for my family. However, the broken internal roads and waterlogging are terrible.

For my investors, the rental yield remains excellent. But I think the inadequate road repairs and street lights really want work.

At rush hours, I advise enhanced traffic management; quick road repair is advised in several segments.
