I live here because it’s a famous IT hub. I enjoy the organised planning and great connectivity to the airport. I feel safe in this neighbourhood. I study near Symbiosis and visit Apollo Clinic often. My only disappointments are the high monthly rents and the lack of enough public parking.

The Solitaire Business Hub project is great as it is based on a good connectivity. liability of this place is also high as there are many schools, universities, hospitals and supermarkets available here. Pollution is comparatively low and waste management is also quiet good. properties here are quote affordable and easy to find. You can also find rented apartments for commercial and residential purposes. So, you will find everything that you need.

Everything is good about this locality. There are bridges, highways and flyovers in here and this locality is also very safe. police administration here is quiet good and waste management is also excellent. we have a parking space near our home. The Solitaire Business Hub has schools, markets and nursing homes at safe distance. But, one big drawback is the property rates. Solitaire Business Hub is within posh area and the price is high at least for me.

It takes me only 10 minutes to reach my office. schools are nearby, hospitals, shopping malls and markets are also here. Waste management is just excellent. The municipality sends people to collect garbage. As far as I know, the liveability here is just great. the roads are clean, there are garbage trucks everywhere to collect garbage. Solitaire Business Hub is close to the main road making it easier to get taxis, buses or going to railway station. there are many apartments available in this project and you will surely find one as per your liking. but, I have very bad experience with connectivity of this place. It takes hours to reach anywhere. the highways are not properly linked and flyovers need maintenance
