The place has developed schools such as Narayana E-Techno School and Idhyah Global School. The locality here is safe and secure. Naneghat is a good spot to roam in the area. Also, the neighborhood is very friendly.

I have been a tenant of Ghodbunder Road for almost 5 years and am somewhere happy living here with my family. The availability of good schools is a bright side. The hospitals are near the area which makes it easier for my parents to visit there. But, there is a problem with the water supply.

There are good places for spending time alone such as Upvan Lake. One backdrop of this locality is the presence of too many real estate companies which makes the area prone to traffic jams.
