Awesome feeling

Living here is a pleasure; my experience in this brief time has been great. Here I feel safe; in the mornings, the neighbourhood is tranquil and lovely. Certainly along the primary Wakad Road, which links me perfectly to the major city highways, is my simplest way of travel. Everything is close by, therefore my everyday life is so simple. The setting of the community directly beside the IT center is ideal. The children attend EuroSchool Wakad; Lifepoint Hospital is quite nearby. Walking around the nearby parks gives me great pleasure. Generally, I am enjoying my life here, and the people are friendly. The sole urgent upgrades are better governance of overall air contamination very quickly and the larger potholes on the smaller inner roads.

My perspective as a real estate agent is that Wakad is among the most active investment destinations Pune currently has. I advise my customers to give purchasing here very great long-term returns some serious thought. My overall experience here confirms its power mostly thanks to the enormous employment possibilities. Through the Mumbai Highway, connectivity is great; the proposed Metro Line 3 will greatly increase the worth of land. Facilities like Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital and quality educational choices like EuroSchool Wakad provide advantages to locals. With its unexpected green covering, the area has great beauty that appeals to me. Clients, however, must be aware of two points, like the severe traffic congestion experienced during peak hours and the regular problem with water shortages in certain places.

I live in Wakad and have had great experience here; hence I am a content inhabitant. Because Teerth Technospace and Hinjewadi IT Park are so close by, I selected this region. I particularly adore the fantastic eateries and the simple access to Xion Mall shopping. The NH-48 link is my primary transportation benefit. Community-driven is the main safety condition of this region. Near here are renowned basic amenities including Surya Mother and Child Care Hospital and Akshara International School. I recommend this place for its ease of connection. Infrastructure upkeep in this area needs work. I believe the lack of a good garbage removal service worries me. Additionally, I heard of a current security incident involving a gold chain snatching.

I am so happy here; Wakad, in my opinion, offers the perfect spot for Pune rental. The closeness I am to all the major IT firms is my favourite thing and great opinion on this place. As a renter, I feel really secure since the neighbourhood is made up of employed experts. Though the rent is a little high for me, the trip is worth it. My children's school and my quick access to Hinjewadi Phase I offices provide me great advantage. According to me, this area is deficient and would benefit greatly from more emphasis on well-made pedestrian sidewalks and suitable local public transport feeder networks here.

I am quite thrilled here since I bought my flat in Wakad before the big boom. Thanks to the enormous Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park close by, this area has great potential. I sincerely think my investment here pays off. Using the Mumbai Highway makes my trip connection simple; I believe this region is safe. The great vegetation is energizing. Wisdom World School and Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital are easily nearby. Conditions in my area are dynamic and collaborative. In my judgment, this region requires quick work. I need the officials to seriously cut the continuous dust and air pollution from all the on-going construction activity and tackle the frequent traffic jams near Wakad Chowk.

I advise Wakad to all of my customers because it has high-end amenities and promises for tranquil life. I always reassure them that this location has great leisure amenities like Xion Mall and numerous gyms and is also quite safe. I stress that the future Metro Line 3 to Civil Court is a considerable connectivity improvement. Its straight link to Hinjewadi IT Park is the major benefit, in my opinion. For social infrastructure, I name Lifepoint Hospital and EuroSchool. I believe the future development strategy here is strong. My only suggestion for development is that I hope the local authorities will really tackle the lack of water availability in many villages.

I advise customers to Wakad because it is one of the fastest-growing areas in Pune. Wakad is unique for its immediate connection to Hinjewadi IT Park, Paud Road and the Mumbai-Pune road, therefore sustaining demand. Good metro plans like Wakad Chowk station and Line 3 provide long-run benefits. From inexpensive to mid-premium, properties range, and recent pricing trends show consistent appreciation. Strong demand from IT specialists drives good yields in rental. Nearby are top universities, including Alard and EuroSchool. Mall like Xion and Vision 9 are nearby, as are hospitals like Lifepoint and Aditya Birla Memorial serve the region. Traffic control and improved stormwater drains and parking are the immediate solutions in my opinion.

I recently relocated to Wakad, and I am actually rather quite ecstatic. Wakad seems to be a good fit on the western edge of Pune; I get to Hinjewadi rapidly. The Wakad Chowk metro and BMTC buses shorten my commute. I see that some lanes still stink after torrential rains even though the sewage drains are mostly clear. The abundance of stores, coffee shops, and stores close by astounded me most. For me, compared to central Pune, the perfect scenario would be green open areas and more subdued roadways. Nearby, I find Aditya Birla Memorial and Lifepoint hospitals as well as EuroSchool, a school nearby. Being near business centers also helps me. More evening parking capacity, I believe, would benefit people like me.

I am pleased with my investment here. Living in Wakad with my family, I love mornings. Wakad connects via Paud Road, the Mumbai-Pune highway, and the Hinjewadi IT corridor, though it is not in the heart of Pune. Travel will be quicker thanks to the future Pune Metro Line 3 and Wakad Chowk station. Buses and autos are often seen in my area. One short walk away are daily necessities, stores, and medical facilities. Green spaces and designs around my block mark the neighbourhood. I feel safe with the usual police patrols. Balewadi High Street is my favourite place to hang out. My child attends EuroSchool, and the neighbouring hospital, Lifepoint Multispeciality, is where I visit. Heavy peak hour Wakad Road traffic is my first worry.

Living so close to the Hinjewadi IT Park gave me such a strong sense of purpose. Wakad was a vibrant place. The wonderful road system, including the Mumbai Highway, and the planned Metro Line 3 offered flawless future connection made my experience there very practical. In our neighbourhood, safety was never a concern. With respected schools like Euro School and dependable healthcare at Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital, the region had strong social infrastructure development. Entertainment was easily accessible at Xion mall not far away. Daily life was needlessly stressful because of limited water supply and heavy peak-hour traffic congestion. The difficult city services Despite those fundamental civil growing pains, it was a booming, well-placed spot.

I selected this locality because it is exactly next to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. It significantly lowers my travel time. Though the rental pricing here is reasonable given everything's access. In my opinion, this area is Pune's top, very useful IT corridor. I like the growth of the region, which includes the numerous parks and the hope of the forthcoming Metro Line 3 for smooth urban transit. From Star Bazaar for purchasing to excellent eating alternatives like Barbeque Nation, all needs may be found. The neighborhood is active; safety is good. My primary worries are the intense traffic congestion during rush hours and the consequent elevated pollution levels that demand strong regulation. This lively, well-connected neighborhood is the perfect setting for my career.

I am very happy and hopeful about my Wakad house; it was a wise choice for long-term development. Modern conveniences and a strong community define my existence here. Driven by its nearness to Hinjewadi IT Park, this area offers rapid appreciation potential that I find quite appealing. Good everyday necessities include schools like EuroSchool and hospitals such Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital. We gain from them. With the Mumbai Highway and the future Pune Metro Line 3, connectivity is excellent. For pleasure, nearby restaurants and malls like Xion abound. Ensuring a more consistent and sufficient water supply throughout all societies is the only aspect that still requires work. This spot provides a great mix of contemporary living and practicality.

Driven by its great location next to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Wakad is a wonderful investment destination providing locals with plenty of work prospects. Through the Mumbai Highway and Aundh-Ravet BRTS Road, this area has excellent connectivity that greatly simplifies daily travel. Good social amenities including respectable schools like EuroSchool and hospitals such as Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital help to create a rich environment; varied and usually inexpensive housing choices are also available.
