I find pleasure in Yelahanka because my experiences include quiet, clean air, and cheap homes. Parks, lakes, and family strolls appeal to me. Hebbal and Manyata are quite accessible for travel for me. Elders and pupils benefit from this. Although I love this place, metro access feels slow and buses seem restricted.

I advise Yelahanka based on my encounters with a quiet life with consistent expansion. For families, I set it on top owing to safety, spacious roads, and green pockets. I emphasise neighbouring lakes, airport access, and the railroad station. Still, I point to reduced malls and sluggish metro reach as noteworthy upgrades.

Currently, I reside in Yelahanka. I appreciate the green and the simple airport connection. I take the Nagasandra metro to go around. Here, my encounters are suitable for my family. My recommendations are to address the high-water costs and the heavy traffic at the key intersection. Here, my life seems rather calm.

For several reasons, I am ecstatic living in Yelahanka. With close markets, I effortlessly satisfy daily requirements. I take BMTC buses. I unwind at little coffee shops and Allalasandra Lake. Columbia Asia Hospital is where I go to. I stay here for peace and reasonable rent. Lack of roadway repairs and sluggish metro work irritate me.

I especially suggest Yelahanka as I observe demand among families and airport workers. I emphasize access to Kempegowda Airport. Nearby also are institutions, schools, and Columbia Asia Hospital. My life in Yelahanka delights me greatly. NH44 and Airport Road make my traveling simple. For children, I recommend Vidyashilp Academy. For medical requirements, I go to Manipal Hospital. I enjoy visiting Third Wave on weekends for coffee. Sadly, I have to confess that the scarcity of the Cauvery River supply bothers me a lot.

With quiet areas like Yelahanka Lake providing a true escape from the mayhem of the metropolis, the neighbourhood is quite green. Walking about makes me feel safe. Knowing the neighbourhood is mostly families and well-planned grounds generates a lovely community mood. The excellent road access is the main benefit. Particularly given how close one is to the airport, travel is very easy. Given its proximity to excellent schools and hospitals, it's a great place to live and I strongly advise it. Although all is excellent, the one service I want to quickly improve is steady Lowering our reliance on tankers, Cauvery provides water throughout all residential districts.

Yelahanka is just a must-see for its amazing development prospects if you're exploring North Bangalore. I am an IT professional who wanted a family-friendly place to settle down in Bangalore, and that’s when I chose Yelahanka. The budget was suitable back then, although I hear that property prices have zoomed up considerably in the recent years. I also fly back to my native place in Chennai regularly, and this is why easy access to the airport was a priority for me. It’s about 25-30 minutes away from Yelahanka, which is a huge plus point indeed. Yes, the distance from the heart of Bangalore is quite a bit, although I have happily made that compromise till now.

The locality is well-connected by direct road access to the airport and NH44, a key railway hub, and the soon-to-be-launched Namma Metro Phase 2 B. Big plots, lakes and parks provide ample greenery and fresh air. New residential complexes and schools make it family-oriented. Prices are lower than in central Bangalore and provide larger houses for the price. There is consistent rental demand from airport personnel and IT commuters, and proximity to tech parks. Local hospitals, bazaars and weekly amenities are within reach. I highly recommend Yelahanka for value buyers looking for long term appreciation. Two areas for improvement are the patchy roads and drainage maintenance, and the lack of more organized commercial office centers.

Yelahanka is a good place for families and middle-class professionals. I like the fact that the airport is usually accessible in about 25-30 minutes. This suits me, since I have to fly out for work almost every month. At the same time, the NH-44/Bellary Road is easily accessible, along with the Doddaballapur Road and the Outer Ring Road. The Blue Line extension of the metro will happen soon, and it will boost the connectivity hugely. The area is home to multiple projects by top developers, while the pollution levels and noise are also lower than in many other places. I like the Yelahanka Lake and its jogging track here. The water quality is also softer and better. Yet, the lifestyle amenities need to be improved here, while the distance from the city centre is a lot.

I am a long-term owner here, and Yelahanka is the ideal combination of city convenience and tranquility. For an owner, it being affordable is a big plus, allowing us to afford more area than anywhere else in Bangalore. It is well connected, with the Airport, major roads like NH 44, and the future Blue Line Metro extension. This locality is actually green, and the laid-back atmosphere, combined with its closeness to corporate areas such as Manyata Tech Park. The major roads are good, and I always suggest this area to all. The only big highlight for change is that the internal roads and the local drainage mechanisms require major and immediate upgrading.

One good thing about living in Yelahanka is that it is a locality that is poised for major infrastructural development in the future. The metro station is being built on the Blue Line. Once it happens, it will possibly connect the residents to the Central Silk Board terminus and other areas. NH-44 to Jakkur will be connected through the 12-meter road also. So, appreciation-wise, I'm expecting something decent in the coming few years. Another thing is that the area is overall home to a good community of people. Many reputed developers have made housing projects here, and social amenities are also being developed rapidly. Yes, ongoing road construction and the traffic jams that pile up are a major issue, but I hope they will be cleared soon.
