I feel at home here and delighted to be residing in Majiwada. As a renter, my life feels simple because my everyday requirements, businesses, and automobiles are constantly close by. Daily I travel Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway; many locals discuss the future Metro Line 4, which I await. For emergencies, I rely on Jupiter Hospital; nearby VPM Polytechnic is visited by a lot of students. Here, I lease for my work on the Thane and Powai side, and travel seems easy. The vegetation close to Upvan and Yeoor appeals to me. For the area, though, I think the rent is a bit high yet reasonable. Road dust and constant construction irritate me; hence, internal roadways should be immediately improved.

I advise Majiwada as I think for families Thane West's most perfect starting point. Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

Having a home in Majiwada makes me very happy, as this region offers city comforts and a calm ambience together. I believe this area is gorgeous and really practical for families. Strong connectivity through the Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road, and rapid access to Thane station and buses are things I find great. For everyday needs, I am happy with Jupiter Hospital and Bethany Hospital being close, as well as schools such as Singhania and DAV nearby. Even late at night, I feel secure here. Relaxing time at Viviana and Korum Mall, and the beautiful foliage close to Yeoor Hills is absolutely what I love. With consistent rental demand, I feel sure my investment is justified. I am advocating rapid upgrades in the Majiwada junction traffic and parking administration.

I have been living in the prime location of Majiwada for 12 months. The area is very beautiful for living and the area is very rich in culture. The commuting system of this area is very sound and the area is well connected to all parts of Thane. The Mauli Hospital and Aditya Hospital are some of the best hospitals in the area.

Recently I rented a house in the location of Majiwada in Thane. The area is very posh and there are many supermarkets in the locality. The fish market is very famous here as the variety of fish offers many kinds of freshwater and saltwater fish. Lodha mall is the best shopping mall in the locality and there are many parks for children.

I am a permanent resident in the local area of Majiwada in Thane. The area is rich and there are many schools in the area and there are many hospitals in the area. The area is very beautiful and great for living and is very close to the Thane railway station. Narayan e-Techno college and Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers are some of the best colleges in the locality.

Positives: One aspect of Majiwada that makes it exceptional is that it joins Eastern Express Highway at one location with Ghodbunder Road. It is in Thane, close to corporate centres like Wagle Estate and the Powai route. For office work, I rent here; daily travel feels fine. Rapid access to Viviana Mall and nearby markets helps me. Buses and cars are how I get around; Metro Line 4 is what I wait for on the Kapurbawdi side. Nearby Jupiter Hospital and excellent schools abound.

Negatives: Rents seem to be relatively high. Though busy, I think the region is mostly safe. Less construction mess, better roadways, and improved footpaths are all needed.

Positives: I am at ease living Majiwada. Moreover, I see consistent growth all around me. The proximity of roads, malls, and hospitals allows me to save time, which I enjoy. The city's position and metro plans contribute significantly to property values here continuing to be high. For morning strolls every day, I like the trees near Upvan Lake. Families and working people would be well suited by this region, I have to say.

Negatives: In other areas, though, I see a lack of appropriate crosswalks. In certain routes in this region, the timing of garbage collection seems erratic. I also think public open areas have limits and require better in this regard.

Positives: Having a Majiwada home is something I find great enjoyment in; my experience has been favourable. I believe emergency aid is fast because Bethany Hospital and Jupiter Hospital are near. I like how near daily markets, banks, and schools are. I easily travel by buses and roadways and anticipate the metro connection shortly. Well connecting both the Mumbai and Ghodbunder sides, this area seems to be central in Thane. Living among families here makes me feel secure. For weekends, I like the surrounding eateries as well as Viviana Mall.

Negatives: Constant building noise and subpar service roadways bother me especially, though. Footpaths and drainage have to be addressed right now.

Positives: A year ago, I stayed in Majiwada, and the atmosphere appealed to me. The Eastern Express Highway's excellent link to Mumbai pleased me. Spending my evenings at Upvan Lake or strolling over Viviana Mall was quite enjoyable. Back then, the neighbourhood seemed quite safe and family-friendly. I recall how simple it was to access office centers like Ashar IT Park. I saw children going to Lodha World School and quality care at Bethany Hospital always available.

Negatives: I had a terrible encounter, though, with the building dust & pollution. Better cleanliness of the internal routes was required as well as more green spaces. I still miss the simplicity of that place.

Positives: Because my workplace is in the Lodha iThink hub, I rented Majiwada. It’s a good place, and the strong connection here to Ghodbunder Road is what I find most remarkable. The opening of the Kapurbawdi metro station will make travel much simpler for me. Usually, I buy at the neighbourhood Kapurbawdi marketplace. Jupiter Hospital is very handy. Weekend movies are something I love walking with my buddies to Viviana Mall for. I find the interior of my residence to be appealing.

Negatives: The major thoroughfares are rather congested. I am concerned regarding the dark internal lanes and the absence of late-night transportation. The most serious problem requiring resolution, I believe, is waterlogging during monsoons.

The location of Majiwada in Thane is my home town and I was born and brought up in the locality. The area is very beautiful for living and there are many supermarkets in the location. The area offers many well-maintained hospitals like Mauli hospital, Aditya Hospital, and so on. The road condition of this area is very well maintained and the transports are time maintained but the roadsides are not cleaned properly.

I had lived in the location of Majiwada for 25 years and I liked the richness of the area. There are many schools in the locality and the schools offer a very strong education to the students. The markets are well known for their serviceability and the commuting system is also very good. The area has no big industries or companies in the area.

Positives: Thinking I might get a calm life and great returns, I put my money in Majiwada. My current knowledge is somewhat conflicted. Living in the middle of Thane has several advantages. CP Goenka International School and Jupiter Hospital are close here. The mood is very vibrant. For my future trip, I think the Metro Line 4 construction slated for Majiwada Junction looks good. I feel secure here, and my rental returns are rather respectable as well.

Negatives: But I am really let down by the extreme traffic. Urgent correction is required, in my opinion, for the monsoon waterlogging and persistent noise. I recommend rapidly mending the potholes. I would want situations to improve quickly.

Positives: For my office assignment, I lived in Majiwada for two years. The Eastern Express Highway makes this area rather advantageous in my view. I daily made use of the nearby Kapurbawdi transport hub and the neighbourhood TMT buses. As my preferred places to hang out, I paid Viviana Mall and Korum Mall a visit. Any medical need close by brought me to Jupiter Hospital.

Negatives: Every day, the huge traffic at Majiwada junction was disheartening. I consider the dearth of open parks and public flora to be a serious issue. I thought the road drainage and sanitation there had to improve significantly. Living here most aggravating element was, I believe, the never-ending building dust.
