Some very good recreational amenities of this project, such as a big clubhouse, landscaped garden, etc. The project is strategically near the Hadapsar and Kharadi IT parks. Future road and infrastructure growth will drive the area. A major constraint is the lack of nearby, high-end retail within walking distance.
