Easy transportation appeals to me since local trains, buses, and the subway make it easy for me to reach my job anytime, day or evening. I believe the security here is great, and I feel confident walking in the evening. The green around Sanjay Gandhi National Park appeals to me; the nearby hospitals and schools like Sharada Gyan Peeth and Suchak Hospital provide comfort to my day. Given that property demand is always growing, I believe my investment here is totally justified. I believe, meanwhile, that quick repairs on drainage issues and road congestion are required.
