Its easy access to IT centers such Magarpatta and Amanora Park Town as well as its fast connection through NH-65 made life there comfortable. Particularly Villoo Poonawalla Memorial Hospital and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, access to great medical care was a big advantage of the neighborhood's security. The excellent social infrastructure. It includes large malls like Seasons and Amanora close by was among my favorite benefits. However, particularly near Hadapsar Gadital, traffic congestion during peak hours was very troubling and is an area that most definitely calls for better management to simplify the commute. I used to work at Magarpatta City, which was nearby, and in fact, many professionals here used to work in Amanora Park and other SEZs too. Everyone’s commute was very smooth, and the NH-65 was a big lifeline, along with the Kharadi Bypass and Pune Nagar Highway. The bus depot was easily accessible, while several restaurants, local markets, hospitals like Noble, and other amenities were there too. Now, I hear that the railway station is being renovated here, while the light metro rail corridor, if it materializes, will be a big boost for the locality. The only area of improvement, according to me, is the sanitation and the potholed roads.
