Positives: Staying in Sector 57, I adored the road access through the Golf Course Extension. For this great area, my rent was low. Hong Kong Bazaar and regional markets were favourites of mine. The fast metro was right nearby.

Negatives: I disliked the inadequate street lights and late-night safety problems on deserted roads.

Positives: This is a fantastic investment since rental revenue is strong. Being around W Pratiksha Hospital and Hong Kong Bazaar is appealing. For pleasure, my family travels to Raahgiri every weekend.
