    Living in Sector 22 makes me rather delighted, and my daily routine is simple here. As a renter, I find great assistance from the quiet streets, local shops, and simple conveniences. Frequent Old Delhi Road and NH-48 users, I rely on the IFFCO Chowk Metro for office transportation. For healthcare needs, I trust nearby Columbia Asia Hospital; I also see Dronacharya College students here. I live here since Cyber City is nearby and Udyog Vihar is where my job is. I feel safe because families and security personnel surround me. Trees and parks are appealing to me. In this area, I think rents are fair. I am vexed by narrow roads and drainage problems. Soon, road repair should be improved, in my opinion.

    For working professionals, Sector 22 is the most well-developed region Old Gurgaon provides. I believe it’s close contact to Cyber City and Udyog Vihar makes it rather unique for travellers. For the outstanding reach to IGI Airport and the neighbouring Sikanderpur Metro, I advise this location. Residents are clearly profiting from premium universities like Rotary Public and medical care at Manipal Hospital. Because of well-lit gated communities and regular police patrols, I believe the neighbourhood is quite safe for ladies at night. Morning runs at Tau Devi Lal Park's greenness appeal me. Here, I note a remarkable rental return. I do, though, believe that the peak-hour traffic and inadequate garbage management need great development.

    Since it lies very close to the airport and Udyog Vihar, Sector 22 is where I especially like to stay. The developed trees and open parks here appeal to me in their beauty. With quick access to NH-48 and Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road, my trip is quite simple. Since Rotary Public School and Columbia Asia Hospital are very nearby, I advise this region. The busy neighborhood and gated blocks make me feel really secure for women at night. With strong rental demand from close corporate centres, my investment seems excellent. Still, I believe better internal roads and more effective sewage control are required. Working professionals would find this spot to be a real jewel.

    I wanted a pocket-friendly residence near the IT hub which I had got in Sector-22, Gurgaon. My wife and daughter loved to visit Ansal plaza which was nearby to my residential area. There was no traffic issue during office hours. The broad roads are well maintained. International standard school for my kid was very near to my residential complex.

    Sector 21 is a major residential locality. Its proximity to the shopping malls, gym, banks, and markets has made life smoother. Broad and well-maintained roads have accelerated rapid growth. The IT hub is very nearby. This area has great connectivity with the international airport. This area has excellent connectivity via the sector-22 and old Delhi Gurgaon road. The availability of good hospitals has made life tension free. Railway stations are also very near to my residence.

    Positives: Sector 22 appeals to me because it feels residential but near to business areas. I believe it is quite well connected even if it is not totally central. I live here because of a job close to Cyber City and Udyog Vihar. I travel by IFFCO Chowk Metro and thrive on peaceful surroundings and quick access to NH-48. I know Columbia Asia Hospital and adjacent institutions are dependable. Though I like local markets and tiny restaurants, restricted malls nearby let me down.

    Negatives: Still, I believe older constructions have relatively high rents. I believe there are no significant crime hotspots, and the area is rather secure. Better parking management, drainage, and roads are what I require here.

    Positives: Living in Sector 22 is easy since it remains calm despite being close to companies. For my morning walks, I love the trees and tiny parks. Udyog Vihar, Cyber City and MG Road are accessible to me. In this region, I feel property demand remains constant. I like the varied audience of seniors and working families in Sector 22. Daily needs shops and a pharmacy are close by.

    Negatives: Internal roads are not even in some parts of this neighbourhood, though. I don't think garbage collection is consistent everywhere. Footpaths and signage, too, need work to make walking more comfortable.

    Positives: Owning a house in Sector 22 is something I like; my life seems grounded. Because hospitals and clinics are close by, I sense emergency help is fast. Having parks, shops, banks and schools close by appeals to me. I effortlessly travel using buses, vehicles, and the IFFCO Chowk Metro. Between the Delhi border and central Gurgaon lies this sector. Daily travel is easygoing and stress-free for me. Known neighbours and a security presence make me feel protected. At adjacent eateries along Old Delhi Road, I love shopping at local markets.

    Negatives: Parking availability disturbs me, though. I also think authorities have to give quick attention to street lighting and drainage.

    Positives: I really enjoyed the simplicity of everything around me. I thought living in the HUDA sites was quite safe. The incredible connection to my office hub in DLF Cyber City was what I got. A lot of my days were spent at the Palam Vihar Vyapar Kendra or the neighboring Ambience Mall. I loved the green parks around my house and recall the surroundings were serene. I used to go to Neelkanth Hospital and American Public School among other nearby institutions.

    Negatives: The abrupt power outages during summer were bad experiences I had. I felt the street security had to be patrolled more. I still long for the atmosphere of the local market.

    Positives: Cyber City is just a quick trip away. The fact that I can quickly get to the Delhi border for work makes this place's greatest asset. Because the MG Road metro station and local buses are so convenient, I find the transportation quite smooth. For movies, being so near to Ambience Mall and obtaining fresh vegetables from the Sector 23 market satisfies me. Knowing that Manipal Hospital is close by for any rapid medical assistance makes me feel secure. I particularly like my block's little parks and vegetation.

    Negatives: The high traffic and the waterlogging during the rainy season are the main problems. I believe the street cleaning and late-night transportation have to be absolutely altered.

    Came here and stayed here for almost 1 year in this locality. Schools, colleges, branded shopping malls and hospitals were all in near proximity. I was really satisfied with that place. I had uninterrupted power supply at my apartment. Metro station was very close to my place. My family could enjoy their times at the Sahara Mall which was in 1 minutes distance. I had only issue with water-logging during the monsoons.

    Sector 22 has always been a prime option and I am thankful that I have got a residential plot in that area. The location is incomparable. Everything is there to easily access and I have spent lots of time in DLF Cyber Hub and Sahara Mall at the weekends. The Metro station is very near this area. Park Hospital and Lokpriya Hospital are adjacent to my place. The only concern is the garbage clearance which is not done properly.
