It is a very good society of my locality.

I am liking all the amenities, especially barbeque which we can do in winter, gym, swimming pool, huge club house, Town Square complex and so many retail stores also. I also feel comforted that I can reach Rockland Hospital quickly in case of emergency when I get old. Also, the MatriKiran High School is located close by. Peaceful and good township to live in with a family.

Look, basically the developers have done their homework. They know that people are now more into low-rise homes and greenery especially after the pandemic. I was one such buyer. I am now hooked to their lovely apartment buildings, the peace all around, the sprawling 550-acre campus and of course, the security and delight of being a part of the Vatika India Next township.

The location is steadily growing and I anticipate that we may have benefits due to the easy access to the NH-48. Also, being a part of the Vatika India Next township gives us a lot of security, space and amenities. Overall I feel that I have taken a decision right by investing here. They are also offering 111,000 sq. ft. in clubhouse, recreation, and other amenities. Mind-boggling right!

I would give it a full rating and also heartily, but then there is always scope for improvement. What do I say? The developers are quite reputed and this is what motivated me to invest my hard-earned money in this project. I have always wanted to go for stylish condos and when I found them here, then nothing like it! They are also providing great amenities which I was sold on. So yes, a good rating from my end.
