Positives: It's a wonderful locality with a pleasant, lively atmosphere. The area is full of great restaurants and clubs, and it's very easy to get around with good roads. It is also surprisingly green, which is a major bonus. Negatives: Traffic is actually a pain to deal with during peak periods here. Also, if you're close to a club, the late-night music noise can be quite pesky. The house prices here are also quite steep, but I get what I pay for.

Positives: I moved to live here because of its incredible atmosphere. It's an upscale location with lovely greenery, excellent restaurants, and lively nightlife. The connectivity is also excellent, so travelling to the airport in Pune is very convenient. Neegatives: I hope the traffic improves, because sometimes it gets really congested. And the loud music from clubs is a bit noisy late in the evenings.

Connectivity to the airport and railway station is also goo. Negatives: Traffic jams are a daily battle at peak hour, and the noise from the nightclubs can be intrusive. Periodic power outages and irregular waste collection are also problems.

The area is very upscale with all social amenities easily accessible in the locality. A prestigious and central part of Pune is Koregaon Park. In Pune, it has the greatest market value. But living here has its challenges considering the congested road in the locality due to it being one of the tourist destinations of Pune, mostly due to the presence of the OSHO ashram in the locality.

For both people and families, the location is great because it is close to many important offices and sizable IT parks. The proximity of several malls, multiplexes, coffee shops, multi-cuisine restaurants, schools, and universities makes Koregaon Park a very pleasant place to live. Koregaon Park is a wonderful and tranquil neighborhood. It is close to hotels, markets, malls, five-star hotels, hospitals, gas stations, and banks, and the well-known OSHO Ashram is located in this area.
