The over all society is nice , building interior and facilities are nice. One gym is available and also badminton court and lawn tennis court is available. Good place to live and enjoy.

I get the greenery, peaceful, and beautiful amenities in 3C Lotus Zing at Noida. It comes with good quality building design and structure. They promise to redefine the way we live. This township is eco-friendly, with a whopping 80 percent of the land being green and open space.

I feel lucky that I got my flat near the office. Sector 168 is located on the Noida Expressway in the heart of Noida. This project has a strategic location and offers excellent connectivity. Two business hubs (Unitech SEZ and Sector 144 SEZ) are on either side of this project. The nearest shopping center is the MXS Mall. And many multi facilities and hospitals are nearby to this project.

3C Lotus Zing has a luxurious club, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini theatre, party hall, yoga areas, beautiful cycle track, and many more. We get a Day Care Center that is amazing. We get a beautifully decorated restaurant that makes our weekend more special. Medical facilities and attached market facilities are appreciable in this project.

3C Lotus Zing provides a luxurious living space with an exquisite blend of contemporary and traditional design elements. They provide us with a good quality building design and structure with premium bath fittings. The project also gives their habitant an eco-friendly environment. The solar Lighting and rainwater harvesting system is appreciable. I will give 5 out of 5 for an eco-friendly environment.

As a dance lover, I am happy to have the dance room in our sector. All the work and facilities are very satisfying for me. I am a happy habitant of Sector 168 in Noida. I wish them good luck in their future.
