Overall it is nice project but I would have liked the speed of handover to be faster.

Amenities like pool, and others are good. But approach roads are still a bit rough, particularly during rains.

I sent money early due to Taloja Metro convenience and strong rent demand makes the place a winning long-term investment.

We recently reserved here. Pool, gym, play area for kids, everything fantastic for families like us who have young ones!

The project is a good bet I recommend it to first-time buyers. It's not easy to find such a well-connected area at Taloja with this many facilities.
