All in all Arun Excello Estancia is quiet good. But, the contractors should build a kid’s pool because there is none. This will be easier for the kids to learn to swim without having to travel to other places.

I am not at all worries about the security of my family as this place has 24*7 security guards patrolling the place. No one can enter this place (even the online delivery persons) without signing their name and mentioning the purpose. We have our own clubhouse where birthday parties or events can be easily helped without any fuss.

I like the fact that this complex has 24*7 power backup. We hardly face any electricity issues and even if we do there is no way for us to know. The power backup always works system always works. There are also no issues with water supply because of the fact that it has facilities for rain water harvesting.

I love the fact that this project comes with its own swimming pool and swimming pool. It has a big playground for kids. There is ample space for jogging or bicycling and I can watch my kids play or have fun without going out of sight. This complex also has its own basketball and tennis court. I don't have to worry about going to miles for ensuring that my kids are staying active. All of these things are at one place.

I have recently purchased a flat in this building. This place is situated in the suburbs which means less chaos and more peace. I also like the fact that it has all the facilities I need. All the rooms are finely built with great quality tiles. The architectures and the interiors are just awesome and the price within budget.
