Room plans are good. Features are also nice. But amenities appear bare-bones for a launch.

School proximity and bus connections are convenient here. I think it appears to be a good investment.

I appreciate that Greater Basil's small size implies exclusivity with RCC construction and necessary amenities such as indoor games and yoga deck.
