In my opinion, there are many advantages of owning an apartment in Honer Aquantis. The markets are at a walkable distance, you can get autos and cabs easily, it is safe at night, good schools are nearby, the roads are well-maintained and properly lit at night, and there is good public transport accessibility. I have seen several other apartments in the locality that are still under construction, and this one is my priority right now.

Excellent amenities like a swimming pool, piped gas, and an automated car wash are available at Honer Aquantis Hyderabad. Honer Aquantis is strategically located. It offers easy accessibility to Chandanagar Railway Station and Lingampally Railway Station. It is a few kilometres away from Hitech Metro Station. However, none are within walking distance and can be reached by auto. This is one of the issues with this project. However, many restaurants and shopping centres are in its vicinity. The nearest cinema halls are a few kilometres away from the apartment. A satisfactory project overall.

When we were house hunting through the city, Honer Aquantis grabbed my attention. Although still under construction, the property is available for sale. One of the reasons for choosing Honer is the fact that it is a gated society with tight security. I was told that they will install CCTV and have a large parking space for residents and visitors. Many of the flats we previously visited did not have a parking space this big.
