With TISS, Mantra Mall and so many hospitals accessible from project site, it made a good place to invest. Rajendra Nagar has come up quickly as good place and many roads are there for nice connectivity. Also, I finally went ahead since developer is a reputed name with good track record of delivery.
I found this project very nicely accessible from Outer Ring Road and also from PVNR Expressway where lot of work has happened. Many malls, hospitals and institutions are nearby, while the Financial District is also well-connected. So, I did not have any complaints here. Price-wise it seems fine.
Excellent location. I work in Financial District and that's not very far from here. Also, one thing attracting me was the lovely lake view. That itself was reason to invest and price point they have kept quite decent in my opinion.
Prestige Group is a reliable name in the South market. So naturally I was attracted to this project, specially for its wonderful location in Rajendra Nagar. My office is accessible through Outer Ring Road which runs near the project. Also, TISS and all other instituion are also situated in the close vicinity.
Very happy with my investment here. Still early days but I feel that project is going to take off in a huge way. First thing is that Prestige is doing the building and also the main point is that Outer Ring Road is close by. So that will bring more development soon.
The amenities are of the highest quality. The clubhouse and recreational facilities enhance the quality of living.
It's a class apart, really. The supporting infrastructure is still under development.
The wide apartments and the peaceful atmosphere are appreciable. The high maintenance fees need to be factored in here.
Living here has been a mix of luxury and comfort. My favorites are the swimming pool and gym.
I recommend this project for its unique, expansive open spaces and varied amenities. The fewer units per floor guarantee privacy.
