Went to check out Sobha Crescent over the weekend after a friend kept mentioning it, and the corner-unit design is what actually sold me every apartment gets its own light and air instead of the usual side-by-side layout most new towers use. Price is steep at 4.66 crore for the smallest 2 BHK, and possession is all the way out in March 2033. If you can handle that budget and that wait, this is genuinely one of the better-planned launches on Golf Course Extension Road right now.
