The Process

Every project follows three stages: Design, Procure, and Execute.

The process begins with a free design consultation to understand your requirements, explore initial design ideas, and arrive at an estimated budget. If you decide to proceed, you book the service with a partial payment. Interior Company then conducts a detailed site study, finalises the design and material selection over one to two weeks, and presents a final budget proposal. Once the proposal is approved and the next milestone payment is made, Interior Company procures materials and mobilises empanelled vendors on site. Execution is tracked by your dedicated project manager, with real-time updates available through the app. Typical execution time is 45 to 90 days from commencement. A final quality inspection and snag rectification are completed before formal handover, after which the warranty period begins.

Yes. Interior Company provides immersive 3D and VR visualisations before any work starts, so you can experience your space and approve every design element before execution begins. You can also visit Interior Company's physical experience centres to see and feel actual materials in person before making your selections.

A dedicated certified architect or civil engineer is assigned as your project manager for the entire engagement. They validate the final design, coordinate empanelled vendors on site, conduct a final quality inspection before handover, and provide real-time progress updates through the app throughout execution.

Interior Company offers up to 11 years of warranty on modular products after handover. Post-project service support continues both within and beyond the warranty scope.

First, a free consultation where initial design options and a budget estimate are prepared — if you choose to proceed, you make a partial booking payment. Second, a detailed consultation where the site is measured, design and materials are finalised, and a final budget proposal is presented — a further payment is made to place the formal order. Third, execution — the remaining balance is paid progressively as work advances through agreed milestones.
