The infrastructure of AWHO Shanti Vihar is grand and is made by one of the best builders, Ramprastha in the NCR area. Security, power back and water supply are of no concern as the installation of such facilities can be seen everywhere.
The apartments of AWHO Shanti Vihar are very cozy and have a balcony overlooking the Gurgaon skyline making for a scenic place to live. The space is limited but that is evident by the affordable price and seems to be perfect for office use or a small apartment.
Affordable housing has finally reached Sector 95 thanks to the creation of AWHO Shanti Vihar apartments. I like the location and as it comes at such affordable prices, I think it's a good investment for any buyer.
AWHO Shanti Vihar’s prime positioning is close to the railway station 1.5 km away and is placed strategically on the Pataudi road making it a perfectly accessible locality from the sides and bypassing traffic.
