The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has quickly risen to the forefront of India's housing sector. And it has been instrumental in a wide range of initiatives, including constructing homes for people of varying socioeconomic backgrounds, restoring damaged buildings, and providing basic services to residents of urban slums.
