My family enjoy all that the city has to offer – world-class shopping, entertainment and dining – as well as easy access to public transport and local schools. The landscaped gardens and recreational facilities at Lodha Altia Mumbai South are also a huge drawcard for residents and visitors alike.
The best part of the Lodha Altia project is that it has got attached market, so I do not have to step outside my hope for any kind of shopping. They also have the facilities to harvest rain water that proves that the project also takes care of the Environment which is very much needed.
I was not confused before buying a property in Lodha Altia as it is Mumbai is one of the leading real estate companies in Mumbai. The property has got a lot of greenery which I like the most. Alongside, it has got all the almost all the amenities that a family need.
The place is well connected with the Highway and other business and shopping hub. The Gymnasium of the place do not have a lot of equipment that would have need. Otherwise, the place is very good for staying with family.
The overall place is very good. My family enjoys a lot but on the other side, the Yoga area of the apartment is very small so a limited number of people can get the access of the same. It would be good if the property has the facility of community hall so that small families can be organized efficiently.
