MMRDA to Develop Sports Hub in BKC

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) is set to develop a sports and recreational hub in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) by leasing 2.47 lakh sq ft of land to a private operator. The facility will include sports infrastructure, a multi-sport complex, a restaurant, and snack bars, aiming to address the shortage of leisure spaces in BKC and enhance its liveability.

A total of 25 out of 203 launched units have been booked as of February 2026, including 41% of 1 BHK(25 out of 61 units).
