Supertech Ecociti Sector 137, Noida

Sector 137 provides us with such lavish lifestyle amenities as Yoga Areas, Clubhouse, Attached Market, Kids' Play Areas, and many more. Cycle Track is one of my favorites on the list. I am satisfied with the other amenities also.

I am very impressed with the eco-friendly lifestyle. We get a beautiful view from our window. The environment always refreshes us. We get the calm, quiet, and many trees surrounding us. The indoor works are beautiful. All the decorations are impressed me very well.

Sector 137 has super connectivity in Noida. It is located on the Noida Expressway. Dadri Road is very beneficial to us. Many reputed schools are here. Also, many business hubs are nearby this project. I am very lucky to get my flat in this place.

If you are looking for a dream home with a luxurious lifestyle, the best place is here. Supertech Ecociti provides an eco-friendly lifestyle with a luxurious range of amenities. The project design is fabulous. Sector 137 is surrounded by two lush green sector parks. The built quality is awesome.

The attractive part is the project is designed in a contemporary and sleek style and illuminated with ample light. I am very confident about my choice. I am falling in love with the lifestyle and the amenities we get. We are happily leading our lifestyle and glad to be part of Supertech Ecociti in Noida.

Good infrastructure and good maintenance and location is also good . I’m satisfied with this society.

Locality of this society is really great. Many societies in nearby so you will feel alive at evenings and even in nights. There is a EcoClub which provides you Gym, Swimming Pool, Sports Centre facilities.

Supertech Ecociti in Sector 137 Noida is one of the more popular residential townships on the Noida Expressway. The project is spread over a large area with multiple towers and a mix of 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. One of the biggest positives is its location – it sits right on the Expressway with quick connectivity to Delhi, Greater Noida, and the IT hubs around Sector 135 & 142. The metro station at Sector 137 is also within walking distance, which adds real convenience for daily commuting. Inside the society, the layout is spacious with good open green areas, a decent clubhouse, swimming pool, gym and basic sports facilities. The project was marketed as India’s first eco-friendly housing and you can see efforts like rainwater harvesting, solar panels for common areas and a natural ventilation design. These are small but valuable touches in a city like Noida. However, like many large-scale developments, there are some drawbacks too. Maintenance quality has been average and varies from tower to tower. Certain blocks and lifts show signs of wear and tear, and the finishing is not as premium as newer projects nearby. Parking can also feel a little tight during peak hours. Overall, Supertech Ecociti is a good option for those looking for a budget-to-mid segment apartment on the Expressway with ready infrastructure and metro access. It offers good rental demand because of the IT offices around and suits families as well as investors who want an established location with green surroundings.

Locality is extremely good but the build quality is poor and house architecture is pathetic
