Pegasus was founded in 2008 as a joint venture between Kumar properties, GIC, MIDC and Avinash Bhosale. The Pegasus properties focuses on developing modern townships within cities. Its first venture was the beautiful 150-acre Megapolis, built in the outskirts of Pune, at Hinjewadi.
