The region is served by the Western Line Borivali Railway Station. The neighbourhood is around a 30-minute drive from the Mumbai International Airport. It is anticipated that improved connection to the neighbourhood will result from the proposed Mahavir Nagar Metro Station on Line 2. I am happy with my choice.

My apartment in Chandak Nishchay Wing B is spacious and fits my family comfortably. The excellent interiors and modern designs attracted my attention in the first place. I feel very safe here with the range of safety features such as 24*7 security personnel, and Video/ CCTV Surveillance. It has a very advanced Fire Fighting System as well to protect the residents from accidents. Along with that, it offers an intercom facility and video phone.

I rented an apartment in Chandak Nishchay Wing B, and it is excellent in terms of design and location. I was very happy to know that it is close to some important employment hubs. Within five to ten km of the locality are two significant employment hubs: Kandivali and the Film City complex. Mahatma Gandhi Road, Main Carter Road, and Western Expressway Highway are the main thoroughfares with majority of the offices and retail stores.

Chandak Nishchay Wing B is an excellent project with several amenities and facilities. It is strategically located in Borivali East, which is a nice neighbourhood. The best position in terms of traffic and decent connections. New shopping centre with Metro Grocery Wholesale Mall across the diagonal. However, there is an acute water shortage during summer, and the area is very polluted and congested during peak hours. I am impressed with what it has to offer.
