I really like the sports facilities here. There are courts for playingbadminton and volleyball as well as a gym where you can workout (it gets busy in the evenings though). A large swimming poolis located in front of the development. The park greenenvironment is tranquil and you can hardly hear the noise of thecity outside.

Connectivity is about as good as you can expect. The LadyJamshedji Road is about a half kilometer away and there areplenty of shopping malls around where you can do your dailyshopping. There’s also two hospitals and several schools withindriving distance.

I didn’t expect to find a sea-view apartment still open for sale inMumbai, but luckily a friend referred me to the Omkar Vayu. Thisdevelopment is in the Mahim sector of Mumbai, and a great placefor anybody who doesn’t want to empty their bank account just fora place to live.

I bought a 2BHK flat here a couple months ago and since thenI’ve had absolutely no cause to regret it. The service here fromthe administration is great. They immediately take care of anyproblem you have with your apartment and are happy toaccommodate any requests.
