Central Railway (CR) has completed significant monsoon preparedness works across Mumbai's suburban network, including fixing six critical waterlogging-prone locations. The scheme will apply to societies built before November 17, 2016, and will allow legalisation upon payment of applicable charges, with a 50% concession on various fees for proposals submitted within the first six months.
