I appreciate Powai via my own encounters. At this place, I have tidy streets and serene environs. Nearby hospitals, supermarkets, and schools fascinate me. Andheri and SEEPZ offices are closing. Often I relax near this area's lake. I really like it here. Traffic and high rents are what I confront.

My son really loves this place because of all the sports facilities.He has picked up basketball since we moved in and plays a lotwith the kids from the other families living here. The sportsfacilities also include a badminton court, jogging track and asnooker area, which I personally like a lot.

There’s also a cozy clubhouse where I spend evenings with mywife along with some of the other families on our floor. Both of ususe the gym at times when we want to exercise. Unlike probablyevery gym in the Powai area, it is not very congested even in theevening.

Since my son is not that old (he’s 15) I’m also glad about thesecurity features. The gate guard doesn’t let strangers in unlessthey’re visiting a resident of the Maple Leaf and there are CCTVsaround the development also.

Our last apartment felt very stuffy but the Maple Leaf has solvedthat problem, it seems. There were a few power outages too, butthe development’s backup power kicked in and we didn’t have tospend too long in darkness.
