Marol is a developed suburb of Andheri that benefits from being close to important places like Goregaon West to the north, Powai to the east, Andheri East to the west, and Mumbai International Airport to the south. Except for redevelopment projects, Marol is an established neighbourhood with a mix of residential and commercial structures and little room for further expansion. The neighbourhood's important areas are Saki Vihar, Christian Wadi, Ganesh Nagar, and Sag Baug. Blue Monarch, Akruti Aneri, and Vasant Oasis are a few of the area's major developments. Some of the major developers in the area are Sheth Group, Atul Projects, Hubtown Group, and Aecon Projects.
