Just outside the sector, some roads are broken or get waterlogged in monsoons, and the traffic near the metro station can be heavy at peak hours. Parking around the metro is also crowded. Overall, Sector 52 RWA is a good place to live if you want a central Noida location with a metro at your doorstep, greenery inside the colony and all major facilities nearby. With some improvement in the outer roads and better traffic management near the station, it can become even better.
