I am drawn to this project because of its prime location in Fursungi and the company's track record for quality development. The array of facilities are commendable.
Nice project
It is a super luxurious project with varieties of facilities. The apartment is decorated beautifully with super-built quality. The price range is very comfortable. All the amenities are super satisfying. It is the best project I have ever seen in Pune. I am very blessed to have a flat in this price range and with so many facilities.
Kumar Park Infinia is situated in Fursungi, South Pune. It has a very good connection with Saswad road and Solapur road. I can easily connect to all parts of the city from this location. The central mall is the nearest shopping mall and it's a good place for shopping. Many schools, hospitals, and business hubs are so close to this project location.
This project provides a good safety system for all residents. Video Phones, Intercom facilities, Fire Fighting Systems, and CCTV are included in there 24 hours safety system. The project provides Medical Facility, Lift, and Laundromat inside the apartment. They provide power backup and water supplies facilities for all times.
We enjoy a wide range of sports facilities like a Gymnasium, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Cricket, Basketball, Billiards, etc. Skating Rink is the best part for me. The Swimming Pool is amazing. Other luxurious amenities are Spa, Party Hall, Clubhouse, Sauna, and many more. We get a beautiful decorating Cafe into our apartment.
I am very fascinated with the quality of work on this project. Walls and floors have another level of beauty. The project gives all residents an eco-friendly, refreshing lifestyle. The Large Green Area is very attractive. Kumar Park Infinia ensures peace of mind for its buyers.
I was impressed with the swimming pool and clubhouse features. This project makes it an ideal choice for me.
We were looking for a community-centric environment for our family. This project is perfect for us with great amentiies.
While the project provides excellent amenities, connectivity during peak hours can be difficult.
The fact that there are no shopping complexes nearby is a negative aspect.
