Emerald Court is one of Supertech’s older premium societies on the Noida Expressway and, to be honest, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. The good part is obvious as soon as you enter: wide internal roads, a huge green park in the middle, decent landscaping and a sense of space you don’t get in many newer projects. The apartments themselves are quite big — mostly 3 and 4 BHK — and have good ventilation and sunlight. Facilities like the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and the small shopping area inside the complex make day-to-day life easy. Security and power backup are also solid.
On the other hand, everyone knows about the “twin tower” case. Two extra towers were built on land that was meant to be a garden and, after a long legal fight, the Supreme Court ordered them to be demolished in 2022. That issue shook buyer confidence and dragged the society’s name into headlines for years. The existing towers are fine, but it’s something prospective buyers should be aware of.
Transport can also be a little inconvenient if you don’t have your own car — the nearest metro isn’t exactly walkable and cabs sometimes cancel. Visitor parking is tight too. Because it’s an older project, some common areas look dated and a few flats need renovation, but the RWA does keep the place reasonably clean and maintenance charges are moderate compared to other high-end complexes.
Overall, Emerald Court still offers spacious homes, mature greenery and a good location for families and professionals. It’s comfortable to live in if you’re clear about its history and don’t mind driving or booking cabs instead of walking to the metro.
