Vartak Nagar in Thane is one of the busiest areas of Mumbai, but my life has been made easy with Puranik Grand Central with its excellent services. I can sleep peacefully at night with their alert surveillance. It is connected to the major points of Mumbai, making transport more accessible.

Relocating to Thane was truly tough and challenging for me. Finding a home here is like searching for a rare piece of gem. I am fortunate enough to have relocated to Puranik Grand Central. The apartment is big and spacious, and the balcony is well designed unexpectedly. I love it, absolutely.

If you are looking for a hassle-free life with easy access to transport and necessities at a nearby distance, a good supply of water and electricity, 24/7 surveillance, and a well-ventilated apartment, I would suggest Puranik Grand Central based on my one-month stay here. It would not dissatisfy you.

I love the parking space here; it is a multilevel parking area and maintains space between the cars, so it is easy to park them. In the rains of Mumbai, water logging is rare here because of their elevated construction. Other than that, the bedroom and kitchen of my apartment are ventilated.

The power backup and solar heaters are very efficient and one thing that is absolutely my favorite is the swimming pool and yoga zone where I work out. The area is not so big, but the apartment is not congested as well. The facility of both lifts and elevators is provided.
