I rented an apartment in Adai a few weeks ago and so far, my experience in this
locality is good. Overall, the locality has good connectivity, and it is a 7 minutes drive
from Panvel Railway Station and a 5-minute drive from Khandeshwar Railway station.
However, there is no metro connectivity in Adai, which causes certain commuting
problems for the local people. The area has good accessibility and overall, I am
satisfied.
