Overall, the experience of buying an apartment in Prestige Falcon City is good but the 2BHK apartment that I bought is very overpriced, despite being only 838 Sq. Ft.

I experienced some delays in possession. Hope they get better at their timelines.

The Kanakapura Road location is handy from this place. The traffic in peak hours is a worry, though.

The floor plans of the apartments are big and excellent. However, the prices are slightly on the higher side when compared with other projects around the area.
