I advise strongly Kharghar to purchasers and families. Good road and rail connectivity as well as expanding metro access make travel to Belapur and Mumbai very convenient. For fresh air and recreation, the well planned neighbourhood includes the enormous Central Park. Within a modest radius, excellent hospitals, colleges, and schools serve family needs. Since costs are yet more reasonable than those in several Mumbai neighbourhoods and have constant growth, it advantages both owners and investors. Regional offices and business hubs close-by open employment possibilities. Better last mile public transportation in some areas and quicker pothole prone roadways are two things to be enhanced. For the long run, I support Kharghar intellectually.

As a Kharghar very pleased owner, I sincerely think I was smart to invest here. With modern apartments, broad tree-lined thoroughfares, and plenty of green areas like Central Park and the surrounding hills, the neighborhood is well planned. With the Kharghar railway station on the Harbour line and the future Navi Mumbai Metro station looking to provide even better access, connectivity is excellent. Within easy access are leading hospitals like Lifeline Hospital and universities such Orchids International. Though still accessible in contrast with Mumbai's island neighborhoods, this area seems high-end and secure. More regular township maintenance in some sub-sectors will keep all common areas looking fresh; this is one little improvement I would like to see.

I live in Kharghar and adore its peaceful, carefully designed arrangement and clean air. I go to Belapur and Vashi without anxiety utilizing CIDCO metro stations. Easy access abounds every day is daily businesses, banks, and shopping malls. Quick reaction from ambulance services and medical assistance gives me relief of mind. Recently I have rented a house near the local area of Kharghar and I am in love with the place. The area is very close to the sea and hospitals and there are many shopping malls in the locality. The Prime Mall is the best shopping mall according to me and the Farmer’s Market is a very popular market in the area.

I am the owner of a builder's shop in the local area of Kharghar and I am a resident here. The area has many schools and colleges like HEMS International School, and Satyagraha College. Vinayak Hospital, Phoenix Hospital, and so on are some of the best hospitals in the locality. The environment here is healthy and the area is very close to the sea.

I am a permanent resident of the local area of Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. The place is very beautiful and very close to the sea. I am a teacher at a primary school in the area. The commuting system of the area is very sound and the Kharghar railway station is very close to the locality. There are many hospitals in the locality and they are very well known for their hospitality.

Positives: Near Central Park, my apartment seemed like a luxury. Getting to CBD Belapur was made simple by the Harbour Line station and the recent Metro Line 1. Families cherished the region as of DAV International schools and Tata Memorial hospitals. High rental demand resulted from the neighbouring ITM campus and future offices.

Negatives: The erratic water supply in Sector 34, especially during summer, kept us depending on tankers and was my biggest problem. Local road maintenance and frequent potholes on even heavily used sections required severe improvement as well. Emphasizing that this intended node really must fix its core utility issues, it felt quite distant from South Mumbai.
