Sector 122 RWA is genuinely a pleasant place to live, especially if you value open spaces and greenery. The layout of the sector gives it an open feel, and the presence of trees and parks adds to the overall environment. It is also well-maintained in terms of cleanliness, and unlike many other areas in Noida, waterlogging is not an issue here, even during heavy rains.
Since it is a gated society, residents enjoy a good level of security and peace of mind. Another big advantage is the large 122 PK market nearby, which is vibrant and offers almost everything you might need on a daily basis — from restaurants and cafés to salons, grocery stores, and more. For families, this marketplace is a huge convenience.
That said, one area where the society can improve is the availability of shops and services within the society premises itself. Currently, there’s only a Mother Dairy and Safal outlet inside, which is helpful but not sufficient for the size of the community. Having more internal shops or facilities would make life even more comfortable for residents.
Connectivity is another strong point of this location. Sector 122 is well-linked to Delhi, FNG Expressway, and Noida Extension, making commuting relatively easy for working professionals and families.

Sector 122 is a well-developed sector in noida with good infrastructure and connectivity. It's located in central of noida, with easy access to major highways and roads. The area has a number of schools, some hospitals and shopping malls nearby. The sector is also home to a number of parks and green spaces. As per my knowledge the society has more than 6 parks. The crime rate in sector 122 is relatively low, making it safe place to live (I never saw a single small crime in the society nonetheless).
