The upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport may increase the demand for
housing in Kalamboli. I have very good access to public transport such as railway
connectivity, bus services, auto rickshaws, app cabs, and cabs. Due to this, I am
never late to work.

hospitals, educational institutes, markets, clinics, and shopping malls in close
vicinity. The nearest commercial hub is only 10 km away at Belapur CBD. However,
the shortage of water is a critical issue in this locality and the local people rely on water
tankers. Another issue facing the locality is air pollution due to Taloja MIDC in

good. It has very good proximity to employment hubs and therefore, the locality is
very popular among the tenant community. It has very good connectivity with Sion-

monsoon is difficult with waterlogging and poor road conditions. Another major
concern is pollution which the authorities must address.
