Kanakia Spaces Sevens 2 Bedroom 796 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Saki Vihar Road Mumbai

It's always been hard for me to find a decent apartment inMumbai. You guys can understand how suspicious I was whenmoving in. But honestly, I was pretty taken aback to find that theKanakia Spaces Sevens is just as beautiful as the brochures saidit was. My room wasn’t that large, but it was lavishly decoratedenough to make up for it.

The amenities were standard but comprehensive. On my tour, Iwas told there is a power backup for outages, and a 24/7 treatedwater supply, so you don’t have to wait for water. A security guardis present at the gate round the clock to ensure the residentsaren’t disturbed more than they need to be.

And it didn’t end there either. I chose this development becauseof the amazing sports facilities (I’m a huge sports nut, don’t ask). Ithought they would be empty, but the residents often play tennisor work out in the gym.

The swimming pool is more than big enough most of the time andis kept very clean. A jogging track is also present, so I can getsome fresh air with my cardio when I want to. There’s also asauna and a jacuzzi on the grounds, which is just luxuriousbeyond expectation.

I was happy to see that connectivity was not a problem here.Several main roads can be reached easily from Spaces Sevens,including the Mathuradas Vasanji Road, which is just about akilometer away for easy connectivity anywhere you need.
