Location is very good, there are malls, cinema, shopping complex, petrol pump, schools etc are in within 1km of radius. Surrounding are amazing but societies need to be maintained properly, there are lack of many amenities and specifications, roads are clean, greenery is maintained, but dogs roam on roads in night which make difficult for people to walk. Power back is an issue here, builder should work on this issue first of all. Construction quality is also not up to the mark.
