    For investment reasons, I chose Sarjapur Road. I bought an Concorde Abode 99 unit but no longer reside here. Office access from this project drew me in. Concorde construction history looked good. The plan is very futuristic, actually. Their way of execution felt real. Nearby are Indus and DPS institutions. In emergencies, Motherhood Hospital is accessible. First on my list is rental revenue; demand from IT personnel seems constant; local safety appears adequate. Local markets are expanding somewhat. Road maintenance close to the project bothers me. More civic effort is necessary. Once nearby infrastructure grows more over time, I will think about living here.
