with all kinds of transport facilities available. This place has good safety and a low crime rate.
The water supply and power supply quality are good in this place. This place is near both the
central and western railway stations. The local people are helpful and welcoming in nature.

My biggest interest while looking at flats here was how close the metro line was. It is a good thing from future point of view. Also, the society seems to be planned well, since it's DLF. Area is good and I know because my aunt also lives in Andheri West.

Personally I am all for it. Had the budget and was looking at Andheri for some time. JVLR connectivity is my main thing since I use it to go to office. Also, the aqua gym and all they are promising is quite enticing. Let's see how it works out.

Once the project is done, I will be shifting from SoBo, where I currently pay a huge amount in rent. It will be a good investment for future. JVLR and WEH are nearby so that's like a big plus for me. Pricing may seem slightly high, but Andheri West is now becoming a prime area in Mumbai. Flat sizes are good enough and I feel that area-wise, it's a family-friendly spot to settle.
