Andheri West appeals to me because my interactions are practical and lively. I have great colleges nearby, simple metro access, corporate offices, etc. Weekends are spent at parks with family. Nearby, media offices employ me. Though I adore this location, parking problems and noise have to be addressed quickly.

My biggest interest while looking at flats here was how close the metro line was. It is a good thing from future point of view. Also, the society seems to be planned well, since it's DLF. Area is good and I know because my aunt also lives in Andheri West.
Personally I am all for it. Had the budget and was looking at Andheri for some time. JVLR connectivity is my main thing since I use it to go to office. Also, the aqua gym and all they are promising is quite enticing. Let's see how it works out.
I value DLF's standing and The Westpark's positioning with competitive luxury pricing, with great connectivity and 65+ amenities.
Once the project is done, I will be shifting from SoBo, where I currently pay a huge amount in rent. It will be a good investment for future. Society is going to have all amenities and Western Express highway, metro line 1 and 2A are all nearby. Fun Republic Mall is also just nearby. So good deal I think
Am interested in the potential of the Andheri West area. As an old investor in the market, I know a good project when I see one. Huge buzz regarding DLF's first such luxury launch in Mumbai market. So, it's a win-win. If you see, the airport, highway, metro lines, everything is near.
JVLR and WEH are nearby so that's like a big plus for me. Pricing may seem slightly high, but Andheri West is now becoming a prime area in Mumbai. Flat sizes are good enough and I feel that area-wise, it's a family-friendly spot to settle.
This project is close to mall and metro. The clubhouse, courts, and pool are amazing.
I found the price in Andheri West attractive. It has excellent rental and resale prospects.
