I think Sector 57 is famous for its strategic position near the Rapid Metro. I get excellent rental income from young professionals. My experiences with the local markets are very good. The upcoming metro expansion looks promising. My suggestions address the frequent power cuts and the need for better parks. These are really disappointing for me.
