here is my personal experience. It is one of the planned layout in the city. As you will see the mix of apartments and independent houses scattered across HSR Layout. It is well connected with the E-city, Bellandur, ORR, BTM Layout, and Koramangala areas. If you are planning to relocate in this layout you will get the good number of PGs and furnished/unfurnished flats.
