It is a semi luxury development so you will find lots of luxury features here. The gymnasiumis available to all residents along with several sports courts for games like badminton, tennisand table tennis. A large swimming pool is front and centre in the development. There iseven a kids’ play area so your kids can have fun while you take a relaxing walk along thegrounds.

For me the best parts are the leisure areas. There is a sauna and full treatment spa availablein Kalpataru Serenity. It also has a clubhouse like other luxury developments which is arelaxing place to take a break in the evenings. I especially love the gardens and patios asthey give the place a restful feeling that more central developments can’t match.
