Walking around the orderly and silent neighborhoods made me feel really secure. The simple connectivity was the most benefit; the local train station provided direct access for work toward Panvel and CST. With close amenities such Apex Multispeciality Hospital and several schools including North Point School, all of my fundamental needs were instantly met. The sheer livability and order of the sections were the aspect I loved most. I did note, though, that traffic during peak commuting hours, especially close to the primary node. It needs to be reduced to preserve Navi Mumbai's smooth movement. For its well-rounded comfort, I would strongly advise this neighborhood.

And, let me be clear- I have not regretted the move, even for a single day. Yes, it was a shift initially, since the metro network is yet to happen here, but I found out how livable Kopar Khairane actually is! The railway line takes me to CST pretty easily, while I can now go to Panvel quickly, where I have a getaway property. Also, the major roads are all there, the D-Marts, schools, hospitals, markets, restaurants, and more. The Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City has anyway made it a desirable location. Yes, there’s some waterlogging too, but there’s not as much congestion, and the roads are wider. I find it nice to live here actually.

I can get to CST pretty easily for work, while my spouse goes to Panvel without difficulty (where her family lives). The neighbourhood is self-sufficient, with its supermarkets like D-Mart, local markets, ATMs, banks, and eateries. The Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City is a mega development nearby, along with Millennium Business Park. Parks and gardens are also present in the locality.

It is the ideal family area, providing good amenities at a more affordable price compared to Vashi.

Some of the internal roads are clearly damaged with potholes and need immediate resurfacing and repair. The air quality is frequently compromised by localized pollution, which is a major issue. Although we have excellent hospitals, several of them lack basic ambulance facilities, which need to be made compulsory for enhanced emergency preparedness.

I think air and industrial pollution need better control. Also, water supply reliability and pipeline upkeep could be stronger. Furthermore, more clean public spaces and better waste management would help. Overall, I’m happy living here and hope these small fixes come soon.

I had been residing in this good, lively area for a few years. It was really a well-balanced place to live in Navi Mumbai. The area boasted good schools, credible hospitals, and many local markets, all within hand's reach. I truly loved the way well connected it was to Vashi, Ghansoli, and other areas of Mumbai via local trains and buses. The locality boasted a good balance of residential quietness and commercial activity, with gardens and footpaths that ensured evenings were pleasant. It was a safe and welcoming community, and I had excellent neighbours there. Nevertheless, better drainage in some corners and cleaner playgrounds would make Kopar Khairane even better.

I feel so great to have a flat in Kopar Khairane. This is the epitome of a well-planned node where nothing fails to work. All that I need is available here—best schools like North Point, excellent local markets, and even multi-speciality hospitals are just a short walk away. The local train connectivity to both Panvel and CST makes it easier for me to commute to my work in the adjacent MIDC belt, so much so that it is affirming this was an intelligent investment. I particularly love how autonomous my industry is. One irritant that spoils the experience, though, is the heavy pollution, likely because of industrial vicinity, and the constant traffic congestion along the Thane-Belapur Road junction, which can easily be improved upon.

In fact, I feel that once the airport is fully completed, it will be a huge boost for the entire profile of the area. Property values will rise further, and they have already gone up quite a lot in the last few years. I bought it slightly affordably, but now it’s becoming more posh, day by day. I am a frequent flier, and I want to get the benefits of living near this new-age airport. This was the thought that motivated me to invest on day one, quite some time back. So, I am happy with my decision. Yes, there are some gaps in social infrastructure that are yet to be filled up, but it should happen with time. Road conditions also have to be improved.

I bought a property here since the values were reasonable, although I had to eventually shift out due to work reasons. One good thing is that the area is very clean, and there are many educational institutions in the vicinity. The railway station is the key lifeline for connectivity, and the good news is that the upcoming Navi Mumbai airport is also nearby.
Things to ConsiderOne thing I would like to highlight is the lack of maintenance work for the roads. They used to have a lot of potholes across many stretches during my time here. Rush hour traffic jams also took place regularly.

I am thrilled to stay here as a female tenant. Restaurants and cafes and green leafy roads are just a short walking distance away. KBR Park and Lotus Pond provide me with morning walk green space. The locality has premium hospitals, schools and lots of studio offices, and connectivity to Hitech City and the airport is also convenient, making my work commute simple.
Negatives:
Drawbacks I notice are that rents are rather on the higher side relative to other places, traffic on major roads becomes a problem during rush hour, random civic problems such as waterlogging and potholes occur after heavy rainfall, and nightlife or events sometimes generate noise. Nevertheless, I like the lively but peaceful way of life here and intend to reside for a bit longer. I would suggest it to friends.

Honestly, this area has been a great decision as an owner. The most that I love is the sheer convenience. The nearest train station is just nearby, and traveling anywhere in Navi Mumbai or even CST is hassle-free. Negatives:
Truly, here is hard to get around and can be a significant waste of time because of traffic. Second, the pollution is an actual issue here, and it's something that I wish the local authorities would tackle sooner. The Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City (DAKC) is a mega development that has come up near the locality. It’s just 10 minutes away by car, and this is a plus point of staying here, if you have a futuristic outlook. Also, it’s a clean area, with several schools and colleges nearby. You also get the dedicated railway station here, while the Navi Mumbai International Airport can be accessed within 35-40 minutes. So, it’s a good place to invest, since property prices are still competitive.
Negatives:
The municipality should look into the road maintenance works; lots of roads have potholes that are not being repaired quickly. Also, the traffic jams during rush hour are sometimes unbearable.

Negatives:
I’m rating our locality 4 stars because there are a few chronic issues that bother me. There is noticeable pollution, and the general sanitation can be poor in some patches, making the area look quite dirty. Also, I think illegal street parking is a huge nuisance, and a few roads still have potholes.

The railway station is only a short walking distance away, which makes traveling very easy. I appreciate the fact that there are enough supermarkets, schools, and hospitals around, so all the basic needs are within reach. The parks and small green spots give the area a sense of freshness, and the electricity and water supply are generally dependable.
Negatives:
That being said, it's not without problems. The main roads during peak hours get congested, and there is limited parking in some of the older developments. There is also construction noise in some areas. The area is good and secure.

Having stayed here in this area was a fairly good experience for me. The highlight was the way self-contained the area felt; all from routine shopping to good hospitals was a short walk away. Traveling to work was also a cakewalk. The local railway station was always a safe bet, and being just around the corner from the Thane-Belapur Road made it so convenient to reach my workplace at the Millennium Business Park.
Negatives:
The traffic was a real pain, but what really irked me was illegal parking on each and every street, so it was difficult to walk around. And during the monsoon, the waterlogging was a nightmare. You also had some pollution from the surrounding industrial zones, which was a real negative for me.

I do experience parking shortages around my building and also fear pollution from surrounding industrial belts. I also see potholes on certain inner roads and periodic waterlogging during heavy rainfall.

Markets, DMart, malls such as Raghuleela and Inorbit are just a few km from here. Also, nearby are business parks such as Millennium and Reliance Corporate Park, making it convenient to commute to work.

The only problem I have is parking, as lots of people park their vehicles on narrow roads. Some of the internal roads also have potholes, and they get dirty during the monsoons. Pollution is high due to industries in the area.

schools and schools in the locality. However, frequent traffic jams at Shilphata
Mahape Road caused inconvenience to the commuters. Other than this, I had no
complaints against the locality.

Being an owner in Kopar Khairane, I can say the locality is very convenient and it
has all the necessities to fulfill the demand of the residents. The area has many
schools nearby and it would not be an issue for me to provide good schooling to my
children. There are many shopping malls such as R City Mall, Raghuleela Mall, and
Inorbit Mall is within a radius of just 5 Kms.

I have been living in Kopar Khairane for a few years and it is one of the best
localities I have ever lived in. Commercial hubs like Millennium Business Park,
Plutonium Business Park and Reliance Corporate Park are within 7Km. There are many
schools and educational institutes in close vicinity. However, I have experienced
traffic jams and parking issues, with many people illegally parking their vehicles in
the streets of Kopar Khairane.

I have been living in Kopar Khairane for many years now and it is a very good
locality. The locality is known for its sound infrastructure. It is close to employment
hubs creating employment opportunities for the local people. The railway station is
close to the area where I live and Kopar Khairane has very good road connectivity. It
is a premium locale with 1BHK and 2 BHK ready-to-move apartments.

For me the best parts are the leisure areas. There is a sauna and full treatment spa availablein Kalpataru Serenity. It also has a clubhouse like other luxury developments which is arelaxing place to take a break in the evenings.
